Michael Leary

Pre-Con is led by Michael Leary, who holds a M.S. in Construction Management and a professional designation of Associate Constructor (an elite group certified by the American Institute of Constructors). A licensed construction supervisor and contractor, Michael has extensive, hands-on knowledge of the industry. Prior to founding Pre-Con, Michael worked at general contracting and architectural/engineering firms including Metric Construction and Jacobs Engineering (formerly Carter & Burgess).
